If you're like me, you like to track every bit of training you do. I have been keeping a consistent log for quite a while now, even going back a number of years to my days of heavy lifting.
Even in the electronic era, I still prefer to make up my own spreadsheet format and keep the logs in a binder with a pencil attached, which I carry just about everywhere I go. Although recently I have started using Attackpoint (see www.attackpoint.org) as an electronic form of keeping a log. Once you spend a few minutes setting up your profile, the logging process is quite simple.
If you're a logger and I suggest you become one if you're not, take a look at Attackpoint, it's pretty cool!
(But I still use the binder!)
